Fee schedule
All fees are in Australian dollars. The initial consult includes a full health history conversation, spinal and nervous system assessment, and your first hands-on session (allow 60 to 75 minutes). Follow-up visits run between 10 and 15 minutes.
The 10-visit package represents the best value per session and is designed for patients who want to engage in a sustained course of care. Packages are paid upfront and a full receipt is provided at the 10th visit.

Private health insurance
Ben is a registered Chiropractor
This means your visits may be claimable under the Chiropractic benefits of your private health extras cover. The amount you can claim depends on your fund and your level of cover — it’s worth checking with your insurer before your first visit.
What to check with your fund
Whether Chiropractic is included in your extras cover, your annual limit, and whether your limit has reset for the year. Most funds operate on a calendar-year basis.
Claiming on the day
HICAPS is not available at the practice. We issue receipts which are claimable online from your health fund, at a time that suits you.
Before you come in
To make the most of your first visit, please download, print, and complete the relevant intake form before you arrive. This allows Ben to review your health history ahead of your appointment and means more time is spent in conversation rather than on paperwork.
If you’re unable to print beforehand, forms are also available at the practice, just arrive about 10 minutes early to allow time to complete them.

Cancellation policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur the full session fee. This reflects the time reserved specifically for you and the difficulty of filling that slot at short notice. If you need to reschedule, one same-day change is permitted at no cost, subject to availability. Please get in touch as early as possible, the earlier we know, the better the chance of finding a workable alternative.
If something unexpected comes up, please message or call rather than cancelling online, it’s easier to find a solution in a conversation than through a booking system.

The practice is open Monday to Friday. New patient first visits are available at lunchtimes throughout the weekend and on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Follow-up appointments are available across all open days.
